Services – The service industry is the beating heart of society. The Rove Hotel gives children a glimpse of the hospitality industry, from reservation and checking in to serving food and housekeeping.
Transportation – Every child arriving at KidZania must check in and get their city map at the Emirates Airlines check-in desks, and they can also go back and discover how a real Airport and Aircraft work.
Games – Kids can test their sport skills at table foosball and billiards in the Games Room, where children can hang out with new friends they’ve made during their day at KidZania.

Customers must approach At the Top main counter (LG level, Dubai Mall) and collect their tickets before entering any of the Dubai Mall Emaar Attractions. They can then proceed to the respected attraction and present their printed ticket along with the booking confirmation.
KidZania is aimed at 2-16 year olds.
Children below 120cm must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be left unaccompanied during the entire visit.
Adults are restricted in certain areas where activities take place, but there is a parent’s lounge where adults can relax while their child is doing the activities.

Amazing is an understatement, this place is any child’s dream. The activities are fun, educational and interaction. Kids can roam freely and enjoy all the fun. The ticket process was easy and efficient. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you’re in the area with little ones and maybe need some time out, drop the children here and explore the beautiful mall, or stay and enjoy seeing the joy on their little faces. Amazing Experience for Kids!

This place is incredible! The concept is fantastic—kids get to try out different jobs, earn money, and learn how to spend it. It’s like a mini city with over 40 roles for children to explore and enjoy.

One of the things I loved the most is that activities are for kids only—parents stay outside, which encourages independence. Almost every station provides something for kids to take home, making the experience even more engaging.

I think it’s best suited for children aged 4 and up. We purchased the extended ticket, which included face painting and a cooking experience at McDonald’s—totally worth it!

The best thing we have done with our kids in forever! Granted we went during the week during Ramadan so we basically had the whole place to ourselves. As parents we got to sit back and relax while our kids explored the entire town and did jobs. Many workers around to help guide and teach them! We spent almost 7 or 8 hours there. Highly recommend. I had an amazing experience at KidZania Dubai! It's an incredibly well-organized, fun, and educational experience for kids. The entire concept is brilliant kids get to role-play various professions in a mini-city, from doctors and firefighters to pilots and chefs. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, making sure the kids enjoy every moment while learning valuable skills. The facilities are clean, and the variety of activities keeps the little ones engaged for hours. Highly recommend! - 4/04/2025

We celebrated our son’s 4th birthday at KidZania with 12 guests, and we were very happy with the experience. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive in everything — for example, we brought our own balloons and they helped decorate the room and set the table. (The tablecloths may not have been the freshest, but we had our own.) The entertainment program was truly fun for the kids, and the option to choose lunch individually — either from the pizzeria or McDonald’s — was a fantastic touch.

We especially loved their take on the piñata — a “candy shower” that all the kids really enjoyed! The bus tour was a great way to smoothly transition the kids from the private party room to exploring the attractions of KidZania. We also booked a guide, and it was a great decision — he led the children as an organized group through the most exciting activities. - 5/21/2025
