  • Doors open 9:30am at Jumeirah Beach Hotel – Inside Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge. Guest should arrive 15 minutes before chosen tour time.
  • Duration: Approximately 60- 90 minutes.
  • Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above. Adult tickets apply to individuals from the age of 13.
  • Children 0 – 3 years of age can enter for free and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Ticketing Lounge. Proof of age may be required.
  • UMA Lounge access: From 11:00am and minimum spend may apply.
  • Dress Code: Respectful clothing (smart/casual attire) is mandatory. Knee length shorts are allowed for males and females although no beachwear, flipflops/slippers are allowed.
  • No photography is allowed inside the main lobby of Burj Al Arab.
  • Please respect the privacy and comfort of Burj Al Arab in-house guests whilst in public spaces.
  • Additional drinks and food are available for purchase, along with a full bar that may require a minimum spend.

Know before you go

  • Ticket Lounge is located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
  • Tour starts and ends at the Ticket Lounge. Ticket holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
  • Tours leave every 15 minutes.
  • Tickets must be presented at the Ticket Lounge to obtain access. Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.
  • Tour tickets provide access to the 25th floor and Inside Burj Al Arab areas only.
  • Late arrivals will be moved to another tour subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

Cancellation policy

  • Tickets are valid for the time and date displayed on your confirmation. For a full refund, cancel at least 24hrs in advance of booked time slot.

Although the trip is expensive, it's worth. You get buggy to get you into the hotel. The tour guide allocates time and space to take pictures for your family with the hotel. I really enjoyed my tour of Burj Al Arab and the lunch in the outdoor lounge. I had the sandwich and my son had the pizza. It was delicious. I’m so happy I had chosen the option with the lunch because it extended my time during this experience. The lounge staff was friendly. There was nowhere I’d rather be at that time, than eating lunch in the shade of the Burj Al Arab watching boats and jet skis in the gulf. The hotel tour was amazing too… but that’s obvious because it’s an amazing building. I recommend the tour for sure, and lunch or dinner outdoors if you can afford it. This is by far the most luxurious place I’ve ever visited. I toured the lobby, the museum, and the royal suite of this iconic hotel—each filled with gold-plated decor, regal furniture, and priceless antiques. Enjoying a gold latte inside the suite was a truly unique experience, well worth the $25 USD. Before leaving, there’s a bar where you can sip a drink while taking in the stunning ocean view.
