Know before you go

• Our customer support team will meet you at the starting point, where you have to be present 15′ prior to departure time and provide original Emirates ID or Passport in order to board the boat.
• There might be time alterations or even cancelation due to weather conditions and sailing permits.
• You should not board if you are pregnant or have a health problem or not feeling well. You will be asked to sign a mandatory passenger declaration before starting the tour.
• You might get wet during the tour.
• A maximum of twelve passengers are permitted per ride, plus two crew members.
• Seats are assigned on a first come order at boarding time and groups will not necessarily travel together in the same boat unless specifically arranged.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times during the tour by every passenger.
