Starting Friday, April 11, 2025, our new operating hours will be:
Daily Operating Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Last Entry: 9:00 PM
Effective until August 31, 2025 (subject to further notice)
Visitors must adhere to the viewing guidelines of ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI.
Running is strictly prohibited within the premises.
No outside food or beverages are allowed within the premises.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Refrain from touching or leaning on exhibits, in the event of damage the visitor may be held liable for compensation.
The exhibition is infused with harmless scents that match the artworks.
The average experience time is approximately 90 minutes but there is no time limit. Guests can stay as long as they want during the operational hours.
Last admission is at 10:00 PM (Mon-Thu) and at 11:00 PM (Fri-Sun and holidays).
Guests can use the Dated ticket at Any Time within the operational hours as given below.
Infants under 4 years old and People of Determination are admitted free of charge. Please provide verification of ID upon arrival.
Children below the age of 13 are not permitted to enter the exhibition without an adult companion.

Arte Museum Dubai is an absolute must-visit, offering an immersive digital art experience that captivates visitors of all ages—from toddlers to seniors. I recently took my family, who were visiting on a visa, and we were all blown away by the stunning visuals and interactive installations.

The museum features breathtaking digital projections, mesmerizing soundscapes, and beautifully curated themes that transport you to different worlds. Whether it’s the calming ocean waves, dazzling floral landscapes, or surreal cosmic displays, each room offers a unique and awe-inspiring experience.

One of the best things about Arte Museum is that it's incredibly family-friendly. My toddler was completely engaged, running around in fascination, while the seniors in our group enjoyed the relaxing ambiance and artistic beauty. It’s a perfect place for families looking for an activity that everyone can enjoy together.

Would also like to commend Warren for the assistance, he was so friendly, offered his help without being asked and he smiled a lot when he was assisting me with my toddler.

Amazing experience, we spent around 2 hours while taking our time, including the tea bar. The favorite room was the "garden" that had 2 shows with total time 30min. The tea bar experience was interesting but would have been nice to have more options for tea that are sugar free and caffeine free or decaf coffee. - 5/18/2025

I really had fun visiting the museum last Saturday despite the weekend rush, it was worth the visit. The flower rose room with its floral scent was my favorite and The garden, it has 30min long show where you can sit and relax. Last but not the least a must try Ice White chocolate Strawberry Milk in the arte tea bar. You can also enjoy a live media art with your drink of choice. I really had fun that day! A wonderful experience during my visit inside ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI on 02/04/25. Highly recommended for all ages & spent around two hours inside, a brief look inside the gift shop, however appeared very expensive. I was able to purchase my ticket on arrival without any pre-booking. Paid AED 133.00 [senior rate] & including a free drink. - 5/10/2025

Beautiful experience to have at a perfectly reasonable price! They give discounts for those who come early. The artworks displayed entices all the senses. Particularly loved the scent they used in the waterfall! Bonus: all staff are very attentive. Would go back and bring friends! - 5/02/2025
