IMPORTANT: Starting March 1, 2025, At The Top will no longer offer free cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the booked date and time slot for general admission Peak and Off-Peak tickets, including any combination products of the same type. All bookings for these ticket categories will be final, non-refundable, non-amendable, and changes will not be permitted. Please be advised that these changes will apply to all bookings, including those bookings made for travel dates beyond February 28th. Kindly ensure that you/your guests with travel dates starting March 1st are promptly notified.
Check in at the At the Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) to collect tickets before accessing any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking time as delays may occur during peak season.
After ticket collection, present your printed ticket and booking confirmation at the attraction entrance.
At the Top:
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+), and a parental consent form is required
- Entry is free for children aged 0-3.
- Non Prime Hours: Non Prime time hours vary by season; please confirm slots for current hours.
- B2B bookings can only be made up to 120 days in advance.
- No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or inclement weather closures.
- Dubai Opera:
- Meet at the Dubai Opera Box Office, arriving 15 minutes before the tour. Tours last approximately 60 minutes.
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated or refunded. Tickets are only valid for the booked time and date.
- Tour content may vary as Dubai Opera is a working venue; some areas may be closed for events.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No refunds are given if ticket holders are unaware of age restrictions.

Check in at the At the Top main counter (LG level, Dubai Mall) to collect your tickets before visiting any other Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
Lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside At the Top; these should be stored in the luggage room.
Present your voucher at the counter to exchange for a ticket before entering each attraction.
December 31st Restrictions: Outdoor terraces will be closed; road closures may limit Dubai Mall access after 2:00 PM. Booking slots are from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
Dubai Opera Photography: Photography is encouraged, but avoid taking photos of other guests, staff, or artists without permission.
Any tour ticket discounts apply only on the tour day and cannot be combined with other offers.

Stunning views over the city! We purchased our tickets online which I recommend. We went at 10:00. We did not have a fast track and had to wait around 30 minutes to take the elevator up. Which was fine, but if you don’t like waiting or you go during sunset hours, I would suggest to buy a fast track ticket! - 3/24/2025

Visiting At The Top at the Burj Khalifa was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Dubai. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, luxurious, and truly awe-inspiring.

The VIP package is absolutely worth it — access to the 154th floor and the exclusive Sky Lounge waiting area makes all the difference. The lounge was peaceful, beautifully designed, and a great way to begin the experience away from the crowds.

The guided tour to the elevator was surprisingly informative — we learned so much about the building’s design, construction, and significance. It really added depth and appreciation to the visit.

A special thank you to Nadim in Lounge 154, who delivered exceptional service with such grace and professionalism. He made us feel welcome and well cared for, and his thoughtful attention to detail truly enhanced the experience.

And of course, the views from the top were simply unforgettable — watching the sunset from the tallest building in the world is a memory we’ll cherish forever.

We had a wonderful experience at the Top. We had checked the reviews about the long lines and this is why we booked the package to the 154 floor. This gives you access to all the floors those are accessible.
It is pricey but then it is all worth at the end. We went for the 5:00 pm time and you are not pushed to go down early. The view from 154 floor and the lookout is just super amazing, worth every cent you spend on the tickets. You are welcomed with a drink and staff is always ready to click your pics.
The lounge has some very delicious food, served by some very polite and courteous staff.
Washrooms are very clean and there is enough seating up there.
On the 124th floor, there are long lines for the elevators going down, but with Top Floor access, you get priority line to down going elevators too. - 2/12/2025

A Memorable Visit to Burj Khalifa – At The Top (Levels 124 & 125)

Today, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the Burj Khalifa – At The Top, Levels 124 and 125, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life.

The observation deck at Level 124 offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Dubai that simply cannot be described in words. It's something you have to see to believe. The entire city looked stunning, and we were able to capture countless amazing photos while soaking in the beauty.

Level 125 was equally impressive, featuring unique attractions and interactive experiences. Walking on the glass bridge and experiencing the breaking glass effect was thrilling and added a fun, surprising element to our visit. We shared many laughs and enjoyed every moment.

The staff throughout the visit were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Awais Hashmi, the Guest Ambassador, whose warm hospitality and insightful guidance made our trip even more enjoyable. His tips and advice truly enhanced our overall experience, and we are deeply grateful.

We left with wonderful memories and are already planning to return next time, aiming even higher!
