  • Prime time hour timings change over the seasons, please check the booking slots for the most current prime and non-prime hours.
  • IMPORTANT: Starting March 1, 2025, At The Top will no longer offer free cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the booked date and time slot for general admission Peak and Off-Peak tickets, including any combination products of the same type. All bookings for these ticket categories will be final, non-refundable, non-amendable, and changes will not be permitted. Please be advised that these changes will apply to all bookings, including those bookings made for travel dates beyond February 28th.
  • Customers shall approach the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) and collect their tickets before entering any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. After that, customers can proceed to the attraction and present their printed ticket and booking confirmation. Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
  • Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
