• Prime time hour timings change over the seasons, please check the booking slots for the most current prime and non-prime hours.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free.
• They are in 2 different locations in Downtown Dubai. You can access 2 floors for the following durations 90 mins.

• Directions for Level 124 + 125: Customers must approach the Top main counter (LG level, Dubai Mall) and collect their tickets before entering any Dubai Mall Emaar Attractions. After that, they can proceed to the respected attraction and present their printed ticket along with the booking confirmation. Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
• Sky Views: you can experience all Sky Views inclusions in the following duration:
  Observatory: 60 mins
• Directions for Sky Views: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1, entry point next to the resident entrance. Adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system and situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall, Sky Views is a conveniently accessible landmark.
• Note to B2B agents: please be advised that we are currently operating with a 120-day booking window for availability. This means that bookings can only be made up to 120 days before the desired visit date.
• Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

Know before you go

• The ticket does not include the slide experience nor the edge walk, those can be purchased through a supplement directly at the attraction’s counter.
• Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.
• Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves). Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Please note that when purchasing a ticket for a child or infant, an adult ticket must be selected. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free.
• Weight requirements for this experience are 50 to 100 kg.
• Height requirements for this experience are: Between 130 – 210 cm.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience. Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
• Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Sky Views Observatory will be open from10:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
