• Important: This voucher must be presented at the Customer Service Desk to be exchanged for an entry ticket.
• You can show it either printed or on your phone, as long as the QR code and voucher code are visible.
• Please ensure you approach the Customer Service Desk upon arrival to complete the exchange.
• For those who have booked Aquaventure Super Pass or Lost Chambers Pass, we recommend visiting the Aquarium in the morning between 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM to avoid inconvenience.
• For Aquaventure Super Pass, the tickets need to be redeemed at the Aquaventure first to get access to both areas. The guests then have to keep the wristband with them to gain entry to Lost Chambers should they decide to visit the Aquarium after enjoying the park.
• Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you.

• Children aged 2 and younger are complimentary. Some attractions may have height restrictions.
• Redemption of the voucher is on the selected event date; amendments to the date are not allowed.
• Select an adult ticket if you are 3 feet 11 inches (120 cm) or taller; otherwise, select a child ticket.
• Locker and Towel rentals are available within the waterpark.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark.
• Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items.
• Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Aquaventure and the beach thongs, transparent bathing suites, underwear, denim, and very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash, or similar are not permitted in the water. Head scarves, only if properly secured without any loosely flowing material.
• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
