• Children aged 2 and younger are complimentary. Some attractions may have height restrictions. Select an adult ticket if you are 3 feet 11 inches (120 cm) or taller; otherwise, select a child ticket.
• Locker and Towel rentals are available within the waterpark.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark.
  Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items.
• Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Aquaventure and the beach thongs, transparent bathing suites, underwear, denim, and very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash, or similar are not permitted in the water. Head scarves, only if properly secured without any loosely flowing material.
• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops.
• For those who have booked Aquaventure Super Pass or Lost Chambers Pass, we recommend visiting the Aquarium in the morning between 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM to avoid inconvenience.
• Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you.

• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

Know before you go

• Suitable for all ages. Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years and above). A maximum of 3 children under 12 years per adult is accepted.
• If you are pregnant or have any severe medical conditions, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
• You must be able to understand the safety instructions, which are conducted in English.
• Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you.

• Please note that in the high season such as school holidays, winter holidays, or Easter holidays the queues to the rides might be long. Depending on availability the AquaXpress can be purchased at the entrance or the guest service kiosk inside the park.

• Direct entry tickets can’t be cancelled and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
