• Food & beverage is charged upon consumption; none is included in the entrance fee, and outside food & drink are not allowed.
• Venue opens at 8:00 PM for the Evening Pool Experience, which runs from 8 PM to 11 PM.
• Specific seating is assigned as per the “What’s Included” section of your voucher.
• A minimum and maximum of 2 guests can be added per booking, per time slot.
• AURA cannot guarantee visibility of views due to seasonal changes and weather.
• Age Policy:
  • No entry for guests under 15 at any time.
  • Guests under 21 not allowed after 7 PM; ID is required.
  • Ages 15-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Arrival Dress Code: Island Chic (no swimwear or sportswear is allowed when arriving at the venue).
• Bookings made 14 days in advance may need re-confirmation if a private event is scheduled.
• AURA is not liable for bad weather and may change seating arrangements if necessary.
• AURA is not responsible for any loss or damage related to using the facilities, pool, lounge, or changing rooms.

Know before you go

• The minimum age requirement is 21 years old. Reschedule up to 14 days advance notice. Age Policy: After 7pm, guests below 21 years old are not allowed access to AURA. Proof of identification is required, failure to provide such documentation may result in refused entry to AURA SKYPOOL without any refund. 15 to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue. Tickets will not be refunded if guests are refused entry for one of the following reasons: Under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behavior which is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors as well as the usage of offensive, abusive, threatening, or insulting language. This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire thereafter.
  Arrival Dress Code: Island Chic (upon arrival no swimwear, sportswear or flip flops are permitted. Tailored shorts are permitted.
  Specific seating apply as specified on the “What’s Included” section of your voucher.
