  • Ticket lounge is located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Ticket-holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
  • The tour starts and ends at the Ticket Lounge. Tours leave every 15 minutes. Tickets must be presented at the Ticket Lounge to obtain access.
  • Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time of the tour.
  • Tour tickets provide access to the 25th floor and Inside Burj Al Arab areas only. Smart/casual attire is required, no beachwear or flip flips will be permitted.
  • Men must wear closed shoes should in order to be admitted on the tour.
  • No photographs may be taken in the main Atrium or on the first floor.
  • Late arrivals will be moved to another tour subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
  • Access to Inside Burj Al Arab Boutique is exclusive to tour and hotel guests only.
