Please arrive at the ticket lounge 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Note that the entrance to the Inside Burj Al Arab tour is via the ticketing Lounge at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
Parking is limited. Ticket-holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel
Dress Code and Etiquette:
Please respect the privacy and comfort of our in-house guests in public areas.
No flash photography or professional cameras are permitted.
No photographs may be taken in the main Atrium or on the first floor.
Smart casual attire is required, no beachwear is allowed.
If you have booked an onward dining experience please consult individual restaurants for specific dress code information.

Ticket lounge is located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Ticket-holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
The tour starts and ends at the Ticket Lounge. Tours leave every 15 minutes. Tickets must be presented at the Ticket Lounge to obtain access.
Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time of the tour.
Tour tickets provide access to the 25th floor and Inside Burj Al Arab areas only. Smart/casual attire is required, no beachwear or flip flips will be permitted.
Men must wear closed shoes should in order to be admitted on the tour.
No photographs may be taken in the main Atrium or on the first floor.
Late arrivals will be moved to another tour subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
Access to Inside Burj Al Arab Boutique is exclusive to tour and hotel guests only.
Inside Burj Al Arab can arrange onward dining and beverage experiences to complement the tour and extend the guest experience.

I really enjoyed my tour of Burj Al Arab and the lunch in the outdoor lounge. I had the sandwich and my son had the pizza. It was delicious. I’m so happy I had chosen the option with the lunch because it extended my time during this experience. The lounge staff was friendly. There was nowhere I’d rather be at that time, than eating lunch in the shade of the Burj Al Arab watching boats and jet skis in the gulf. The hotel tour was amazing too… but that’s obvious because it’s an amazing building. I recommend the tour for sure, and lunch or dinner outdoors if you can afford it. I felt like a king for a while, being served pizza and sandwiches after the tour. - 4/24/2025

Although the trip is expensive, it's worth. You get buggy to get you into the hotel. The tour guide allocates time and space to take pictures for your family with the hotel. The whole journey is 90 mins. You can spend more time to stay inside and nobody will push you so you feel comfortable. - 4/19/2025

This is by far the most luxurious place I’ve ever visited. I toured the lobby, the museum, and the royal suite of this iconic hotel—each filled with gold-plated decor, regal furniture, and priceless antiques. Enjoying a gold latte inside the suite was a truly unique experience, well worth the $25 USD. Before leaving, there’s a bar where you can sip a drink while taking in the stunning ocean view. Just be prepared for premium prices—a beer costs around $25 USD. If you’re looking to experience top-tier luxury, this is the place to be. - 4/07/2025
