    • The bus leaves Dubai Mall every 30 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00. Duration 80 minutes
  • Blue Route:
    • The bus leaves Dubai Mall every 30 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00. Duration 130 minutes.
  • Night Tour:
    • This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours. Pick-up times:
    • Stop 1: 18:00
    • Stop 2: 18:40
    • Stop 3: 19:00
    • Stop 4: 19:20
    • Stop 5: 19:35
    • Night tour bus stops:

Know before you go

  • Get a head start on the day and take the first bus. Hop-on and Hop-off at your own pace.
  • Departures: Red and Blue routes daily: From 9:00 – 17:00.
  • First departure for both Red and Blue routes depart at 9:00 from The Dubai Mall bus parking.
  • Advice to customers: if you wish to complete the Night Tour on the same day, you should start from The Dubai Mall bus stop at 18:00.
  • All year round availability, activity is moderate, dress code is casual.
  • Transport coach is a double decker bus.
  • The tour begins at The Dubai Mall, but you can redeem your voucher and start the tour at any bus stop.
  • Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation policy

  • Tickets are refundable until they are redeemed. Once redeemed they are not refundable.

Fantastic tour & various route options. The staff are extremely informative which made our experience much easier. They have AC rooms upstairs and downstairs on the buses. What differentiates the Dubai city sightseeing is their sunset tour which gave amazing views over the palm at sunset taking us back into downtown by dark. The daytime tour takes you to all the places you need to be at the marina and the other route takes you right over to the souks which we couldn’t wait to visit. Having the bus stops your need to taxi around Dubai as it drops you to almost all the destinations you need to be as a tourist. Only thing I suggest they add is a connection to Dubai festival city. - 5/06/2025

It’s a huge mall but I found it to be expensive than any other place in Dubai, I assume the rents are high and prices reflect that. I went to food, lots of options to eat from, lots of different activities to explore. I loved the waterfall in front. - 9/26/2023
