**Wonderful Family Experience at LEGOLAND Hotel – With a Special Thanks to Shweta!**

This was our second visit to LEGOLAND, and once again, we had an amazing time with our family. We came to celebrate our son's birthday, and although things didn’t start off perfectly, the overall experience was memorable.

Unfortunately, on the 3rd of May, the server was down, which caused an issue with our room booking and the birthday decorations we had selected as part of our package. It was a bit frustrating, especially given the special occasion.

However, a huge shoutout to Shweta at the reception—she was absolutely incredible. Despite the technical issues, she quickly resolved everything within 15 minutes. Her professionalism, calm attitude, and efficient handling of the situation turned things around completely and made us feel valued and cared for.

I highly recommend staying at the LEGOLAND Hotel—it’s a fantastic experience for kids, and the atmosphere is full of fun and adventure. One more tip: always go for the half-board option. The variety and quality of meals are great, and it adds great value to your stay. You won’t regret it! - 5/13/2025 

Fantastic idea, beautiful hotel with amazing facilities. Such a pity that the moment you get to the hotel there is a horrible sewerage smell. This smell is also present at the pool side which makes me believe there could be an issue of some sort throughout. A really amazing concept but perhaps they have teething issues or its an issue of maintenance. Swimming pool is fantastic with life guards who take their jobs so seriously which is fantastic to see. There is truly lego throughout the hotel. The rooms are visually beautiful and unique but there is a damp stench as well almost like the water is leaking and staying in the room. the bathroom is really basic, but i feel that the attention to detail is missing regarding this aspect. The hotel is great for kids and facilities are sanitized regularly which is also absolutely amazing. This facility has the ability to be really awesome with some attention to other finer details. - 4/22/2025 

We have the annual platinum pass now. This place is outstanding value and amazing staff. The food in the main pizza restaurant is amazing and the staff are always friendly and helpful. My daughter is 5 and can't wait for us to be here every week. - 5/31/2025 

Lego Land was an unforgettable day! The kids beamed with excitement, loving every minute of it. The rides were a hit, and impressively safe - even mum felt confident enough to join in on the fun! The park offered fantastic value for money, making it an excellent choice for families. From thrilling attractions to interactive exhibits, there was something for everyone. We left with huge smiles and memories to cherish. If you're looking for a fun-filled day out with the family, Lego Land is definitely worth visiting. - 4/22/2025
