Know before you go

• Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure from Pier 7, behind Dubai Marina Mall.
• You must carry a pictured ID/passport copy either original or on the phone and a copy of the ticket in order to be admitted on board. Guests with mobility impairments or using a wheelchair can access the main deck with crew assistance, though restrooms are not available on that level.
• Occasionally, depending on availability, Lotus megayacht may be replaced by Desert Rose with maximum capacity of 250 guests without prior notice. Plan to arrive to the location very early as the Marina area is often congested, especially on weekends or during holydays

• Cancellation and date change is allowed up to one day before the booked date of the experience and is subject to availability.
