• We advise you to wear comfortable shoes and all guests must adhere to the local dress code requirements (modest clothing with shoulders and knees covered). We also recommend wearing sunblock, sunglasses, and a hat, especially during the summer months .
• At The Top Burj Khalifa can be added to your itinerary as an optional extra. If you add this activity to the itinerary, transfer back to the hotel at the end of the tour is not included.
• The provided pick-up time is approximate and may vary by 15-20 minutes due to external factors such as traffic or road closures. Please be ready in the hotel’s main lobby before the scheduled time and inform the Hotel Concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour pick-up.
• Note: Water will be loaded onto transport during Ramadan.
• Consumption by clients is managed by the Tour Guide at an appropriate place where it will cause least offence. It is not permitted for our clients to leave transport with the bottles in their hands whilst on the tour.

• Reconfirm your pick-up location and time at least 24 hours before your excursion by calling +971 800 272 2426 or sending a WhatsApp to +971 4274 8803.
• Customer support is available from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM UAE time • Be in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time.
• Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour.
• Present a valid voucher copy upon meeting your guide. • For a full refund cancel 48 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
