• Entry Tickets to the Museum of the Future are free of charge for People of Determination. When arriving at the Museum,
• People of Determination may also request a second Entry Ticket free of charge for one caregiver. Please approach the Customer Service desk on arrival. Our Customer Service Team may ask for proof of eligibility, so please have documentation or ID at hand.
• MOTF provides wheelchair docks in the lobby and if you require a wheelchair while at any of the exhibition floors please approach the staff on the floor for assistance. Our wheelchairs are subject to availability and free of charge. All the facilities are accessible to wheelchair users.

Know before you go

• Tickets should be collected 15 to 30 minutes prior to booked time slot.
• The museum is open till 9:00. Last entry is at 7:00 PM. Select your preferred date and simply arrive anytime during operational hours. Easy entry with complimentary valet parking and priority entry.
• The nearest metro station is Emirates Towers and is a six minute walk via a connected bridge.

• The tickets are non-refundable, and amendments will not be possible on these tickets.
