The guests must exchange their vouchers for Al Hosn Festival tickets at the ticketing booth, further more during this season child ticket must be purchased separately with a cost at the venue, kindly plan accordingly.
• This Ticket entitles you to one admission to Qasr Al Hosn; which includes admission to the House of Artisans, Beit Al Gahwa initiative, Cultural Foundation, and landscape only.
• Your ticket does not include anything not expressly specified in these terms and conditions.
• This Ticket must be redeemed before the expiry date above.
• Your dress and appearance must be suitable for Qasr Al Hosn and in keeping with the culture and values of the United Arab Emirates.
• A Government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-amendable and non-transferable. This Ticket is void if altered or damaged.
• Your Ticket does not include a guide.
• Your Ticket is only valid for one entry to Qasr Al Hosn. No re-entry is permitted once you leave the permitted premises.
• Food and drink may not be brought into Qasr Al Hosn.
• Only third parties specifically authorized by the Reseller in writing may re-sell or transfer this Ticket. —Tickets purchased fraudulently or from an unauthorized third party are void.
• Certain areas, exhibitions, and exhibits may be unavailable during your visit. No compensation will be made to you for such unavailability.
• Admission to Qasr Al Hosn and use of the Ticket is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Qasr Al Hosn continues to function as an official state venue. Therefore, there may be unexpected closures.
• If a closure necessitates the cancelation of this Ticket, the Reseller’s sole liability to you will be a full refund of the Ticket price you paid only.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

Know before you go

• Kids below 18 years have complimentary access, however they still require a ticket, please note that kids tickets will be issued on site in Qasr Al Hosn.
• Once inside, you will be guided by Visitor Services Team to the orientation room to receive information and be made aware of the site’s offerings.
• In the event that the site has reached full capacity, you will be invited to wait in the House of Artisans reception space or encouraged to visit the Cultural Foundation exhibitions.
• Signage are placed across the site, reminding visitors of the precautionary guidelines.
• Hand sanitizer will be available at all ticketing counters. Water and hand-held fans are provided upon request.
