Additional information

• Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
• Please note minors under 18 years of age require consent from their parents in person.
• Weight: 30 – 120 kg. Height: Between 120 – 200 cm.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Participants should wear comfortable clothing and shoes with no sharp metal edges that can damage the glass.
• A special rug/mat will be provided for the slide experience and instructions given by the staff must be followed.
• Do not touch the glass during the slide journey.
• Personal belongings, including cell phones and jewellery must be removed and kept in a pouch.
• It is not permitted to slide down on your back or stomach.
• Keep in mind that attractions like the Edge Walk and Glass Slide are not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

Know before you go

• Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.
• Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
• Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and to be kept in the luggage room. Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves). Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

• For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can’t be cancelled and are non-refundable.
