  • As The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis operates at heights of up to 300 m, and the weather plays an integral role in when the attraction can be open and how high it can fly. A dedicated team of pilots will monitor the weather at all times, as your safety and security are our top priorities. This means that there may be times when we will not be able to operate the balloon due to weather conditions. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
  • A flight takes 10 minutes. However, there is a mandatory safety briefing before each flight. Depending on the loading, offloading, and queue, the whole experience could take longer.
  • Comfortable, casual clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, and dresses is recommended. If you are visiting Aquaventure Waterpark, you are allowed to embark on the flight in respectable swimming clothes permitted by the waterpark.
  • The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a ground crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola. The wheelchair or stroller must have a braking or locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. There are extra wheelchairs on-site, which you are welcome to use for the duration of the flight.

  • To redeem your ticket, visit the ticketing office at the Avenues at Atlantis to receive your wristband, which you can use to enter the attraction.
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.
  • For each adult holding a valid ticket, one infant (under the age of three) gets a complimentary ticket.
  • Proof of age is required at the entrance when redeeming a ticket for a child or infant.
  • Opening Times: The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis operates daily from 6:00 a.m. until midnight. There are no fixed timings or slots; tickets can be redeemed at any time during operational hours (depending on weather conditions). The experiences may be delayed last minute, this is to ensure that we provide utmost safety to our guests.
  • Note: All tickets are open-dated and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Please note that flights operate only during the following times, every 20 minutes:
    • From Sunrise to 11:00 am.
    • From 06:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
  • The guest recommended checking the weather forecast before arrival on https://thedubaiballoon.com/plan-your-flight and arriving 10 minutes before the flight.
